I've been searching for that show for years - I'm beginning to believe it didn't happen because I can't locate it anywhere.

BTW, any idea who was singing on that? Pretty trippy.

Fishing now for Stripers mostly. Couple of Bluefin Tunas around behind the draggers. Still a few sharks (Makos & Threshers) around. Maybe a Swordfish at the canyon if the wind quits?

Soft crab season is April/May. What do want a Seabass for, you have plenty of similar species on the west coast.

Somebody you know must have my email address. If you can find it I'll send you some lobsters...

CH--- are you located in the Northeast?? Has the fall striper run started for you yet?? I'm here in the mid-atlantic region, just itching for it to turn on down this way. Still too warm yet. A few more weeks and it should be on!

hey -- you are cool --

there's only one decent fish market around here where i can get some good local sea bass -- and that is caught mostly up Fort Bragg way, or down in the Monterey Bay -- we generally see plenty of fresh wild Halibut, from Alaska i guess -- and Salmon comes and goes -- not always available fresh and wild .... of course Dungeness crab season is right around the corner -- but there is no softshell out here -- i kind of knew it was out of season by now.....

heard of Paul Johnson? (no reason why you would have really) well.... he's pretty cool, he is kind of the Alice Waters of Fish, if you know what i mean -- it's all very Berkeley/California http://www.montereyfish.com/>

Here's a well known secret:

right before the "feature-related" part of the (any) youtube url, or right at the point where the ampersand is (or isn't, in which case add it) in the url code, change it to (for example:)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vXTfyfAxWU&;fmt=18

The &FMT=18 will either make it play in stereo (if avail) or in higher video resolution.

but don't add that semicolon - which appears in these posts for some reason.

Say,
Speaking of Bird...
check out the Bird (movie bio produced by Clint Eastwood) soundtrack.

I mean, I just heard it today for the first time.

Doh!
